Training Resources

Monday Nov 9th: Mandatory meeting for all participants. We will be taking over a portion of the monthly SAA meeting for the Holiday Market. The meeting location is the Sudbury police station.

  • We will be giving out signs, postcards, assigning jobs and answering questions and anything else we come up with.

  • If you are new to the Holiday Market this is a mandatory meeting for you.

  • If you have participated in the past and can’t make the meeting, please send us an email.

  • If the only way you can participate is via zoom, that is better than not attending at all.

TBD: Shift Sign up available. Link to be emailed. This will be done in 2 batches. Everyone should sign up for a total of 3 shifts. Sign up for two shifts on Saturday. Sign up for 3 shifts on Sunday

TBD: Artist space set up. MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE EVENING OF THE 16th

Monday Nov. 30th: Final store clean up before opening

Monday Nov 30, 7pm: Pre-opening mandatory meeting! Last minute instructions, questions answered, brief 1 min spiel about their booth. This helps all of us help promote each other’s work! **

Dec 1: OPENING DAY!!

Dec 1 - Dec 20: We will be open daily 10-6. We will be closing on December 20th this year.

TBD: Artists move out by noon time. Moving stuff to Frances’ basement will happen in the afternoon
